Alicia Moncholí is an independent film director who graduated in screenwriting from ESCAC (University of Barcelona). She is also a resident of the Spanish Film Academy with the feature film in development ‘Los fines de semana’, produced by Oberon Media. Alicia has also participated in other film labs such as the Dama Ayuda Lab, the Semilleru Lab, Acció Viver by Dones Visuals, the International Forum Spannish Scrennings at MIA MARKET in Rome and at Malaga Talents.
Campolivar, her latest short film, has been selected in different labs and received numerous development awards. including Acció Curts by Dones Visuals, Semilleru Lab at FICX Gijón, Mentoring Lab L'Alternativa and the European Short Pitch. The project has been supported by the ICAA, by the IVC, the Principado de Asturias, À Punt Media and recently received the MAFIZZ distribution award at the Malaga Film Festival.
